Dogboy and his friend Col are really excited: Dummytown is finally hosting the long-awaited pie festival! But then the wind changes, turning into a huge storm that brings not only rain... but birdos too! The birdos invade the town, making the mayor cancel the pie festival, which is a TRAGEDY!

Determined to save the festival, Dogboy and Col start investigating, until they discover that the birdos come from a wonderful underground city, Luzia, whose ruler, the Sultan, is being controlled by a mysterious foreigner...

With the help of new friends, such as the daughter of the Sultan, Dogboy and Col will try to bring the birdos back to Luzia, even if that means getting in the way of the foreigner’s evil plans...
