Sara Nicolás is a writer and editor specializing in Children's and Young Adult Literature. She was born in Madrid and has been an insatiable reader since she was young. In Edinburgh, she founded a literary magazine for Spanish speakers and met Óscar Rull, with whom she formed a literary duo. Together, they have specialized in picture books and have published several of their best-known works: ¡Ouah!, Un pavo para cenar, and La liebre y el muro. Additionally, she has received several awards and honors, such as the VI Premio Torre del Agua for Best Children's Picture Book, the II Premio Cubilete de Álbum Ilustrado, the I Premio ACE for Best Illustrated Book, and was a finalist in the Premios Cuatro Gatos 2023.
